In MO click on the profiles icon at top left and select the profile for the saves you want to load. Check the box "Local Savegames", then "Transfer Saves". That should transfer your saves in that profile name from the Documents folder into MO\profiles\saves. MO should then recognize the saves.I installed Fallout 4 and Vortex on same hard drive about 2 days ago, I set the mods download and stage directory on that hard drive too, so the mod files, game and vortex were all on one hard drive, but then I've managed to reinstall the game and vortex on SSD, I've deleted game and vortex and fully cleared the hard drive they were installed I've played this game since launch with 0 major issues, aside from the usual random crashing or freezing. now, however, my saves don't get recognized. The folder on my C:\ drive with local saves has all 76 files, but when I launch FO4, "load" is grayed out, and it doesn't even recognize those saves.
Due to the fact that Fallout 4 doesn't lable the auto saves or quick saves, I've ended up with dozens of save slots unintentionally. What this means is every time I quit the game, it takes a long time to sync the save files. Worse, it's eating up a lot of my cloud save storage. And Valve doesn't want to give people direct control of their cloud saves, so we can't just delete the excess from there.
